These terms cover your use of the Hazri app and this website.
In short
- Hazri is free to use.
- Hazri is a record-keeping tool. It does not move money and it is not an employment, accounting or legal service.
- The records you keep are yours, and you are responsible for their accuracy.
- Hazri is offered as it is. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
What Hazri is
Hazri records attendance and wage payments so you can settle with the people who work for you. It calculates totals from what you enter. It does not:
- transfer, hold or process any money;
- act as a payroll, tax, accounting or legal service;
- tell you what you are legally required to pay anyone.
Whether the amounts you record meet minimum wage, hours or any other legal obligation is your responsibility. Hazri does not check this, and cannot.
Your account
You need a Google or Apple account to sign in. Keep it secure — anyone who can sign in to it can read and change your records. One account is one owner; you may use it on more than one phone.
What you record
The records you enter are yours. You are responsible for:
- their accuracy, including the amounts and the days;
- having a lawful reason to hold the details of the people you add, including their names, phone numbers and photos;
- deleting anything you no longer have a reason to keep.
Do not use Hazri to record anything unlawful, or to store information about someone who has told you not to.
Accuracy of calculations
Hazri is built and tested carefully, in particular so that a day that has been paid for is never counted and paid again. Even so, software can be wrong, and what it calculates depends entirely on what you enter. Check the statement before you pay. If a figure looks wrong, it may be.
Availability
Hazri works offline by design and syncs when a network is available. It may nonetheless be unavailable, lose sync, or change. No particular level of availability is promised.
Ending your use
You may stop using Hazri at any time and delete your account from the app or from this website. Hazri may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service.
Liability
Hazri is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Hazri is not liable for a payment you make or fail to make, for a dispute with someone who works for you, or for records lost from a device.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
Changes will be published here with a new version number and date.
