Privacy policy

Hazri is an attendance and wage diary. This page explains exactly what it stores, where, and for how long. It is written plainly first; the detail follows.

In short

• Your workers' names, attendance and amounts are yours. Nobody at Hazri reads them.
• Everything you record is stored under your own account and can only be read by you.
• You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app or from this website.
• Hazri is free. Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising.

What is stored

When you sign in, Hazri creates an account for you and stores:

• The name and email address from the Google or Apple account you signed in with.
• Your settings: language, currency, reminder times and time zone.

When you use the app, Hazri stores what you enter:

• Workers you add — name, and anything optional you choose to fill in, such as phone, role, address, notes or a photo.
• Attendance — which day, and whether the person was present, absent, or worked part of a day.
• Money — advances, payments, extras, and the settlements you make.

That is all. Hazri does not collect your contacts, your location, your messages or your photos beyond a worker photo you choose to add.

Who can see it

• You, signed in to your account.
• Nobody else. Access rules on the server refuse any request for another account's data, and the rule is enforced on the server, not only in the app.

Hazri's own team cannot read your workers or your amounts. Internal tools show counts and technical information only — never a name, a phone number, a note or an amount.

What Hazri measures

Hazri records no usage events of its own. There is no code in the app that reports what you did with it — not a settlement, not a worker added, not a day marked.

The app is built with Google's Firebase tools, and two of them collect some technical information by themselves, without Hazri asking for it: that the app was opened, the device model, the version of Android or iOS, and the country it was opened from. That is Google's standard measurement. It never includes a name, a phone number, a note, or any amount.

If the app crashes, a crash report is sent so it can be fixed. Crash reports contain technical details about the failure, not your records.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Delete account.
• On this website: Delete your account.

You will be signed out immediately. Everything — your account, your workers, your attendance, your money records and any worker photos — is removed from the servers within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone.

Children

Hazri is for adults running a household or a business. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the new version will be published here with a new version number and date, and the app will point to it.
